Strategic HR planning includes such offerings as: review of your firms
policies/procedures and compensation/benefits package; key-employee recruitment
and retention; succession planning; downsizing advice/implementation and;
helping your firm plan, from a people perspective, for sale
or merger.
Tactical assistance includes: preparing a new employee handbook; assisting
in sourcing/developing/implementing a new HRIS (computer) system; accessing
HR-related vendors and planning your employee events.
I can also help with difficult employee situations as they arise: investigating
claims of harassment/discrimination; handling (or advising on) terminations
or other sensitive personnel matters and; resolving conflict at the executive
level.
I am available to work with your firm on an ongoing, retainer basis and
in partnering with an HR staffing services firm, I now offer HR
outsourcing: we will, literally, takeover and handle your firms
entire HR function (or a portion of it), with existing or new staff, either
on or off-premises.
