As a new service, in partnership with an HR staffing
services firm, I now offer HR Outsourcing: we will, literally,
takeover and handle your firms entire human resources function (or
a portion of it), with existing or new staff, either on or off-premises.
HR outsourcing offers all the services/benefits of a traditional in-house
human resources department but without the hassle, aggravation and expense
of having to self-administer (and house) the function.
We offer both standard packages as well as more customized
arrangements. All options include a courtesy review of your firms
employee handbook, employment application and benefits package.
Basic
Smaller firms, particularly those in startup mode, might find our basic
monthly fixed-cost package the most appealing and cost-effective: 7 hours
of strategic consulting, 21 hours of HR generalist/associate support,
retained placement @ reduced rate, all offered virtually (via
telephone or online).
Premium
Expanding small to mid-size firms might be more interested in our premium
monthly fixed-cost package: 14 hours of strategic consulting, 35 hours
of HR generalist/associate support, retained placement at reduced rate,
HR generalist / associate support can be virtual or on-site.
Premium Plus
Larger firms or rapidly growing mid-size firms may wish to outsource their
entire HR operation (or parts of the operation), either on and/or off-site;
completely customized at no cost, fixed-cost or fee-for-service monthly
fee.
Outplacement
assistance for managers and executives is also available.
